Objective
Tavoitteena on, että opintojakson suoritettuaan opiskelija:
- syventää osaamistaan peruselintoimintojen arvioinnissa.
- syventää osaamistaan peruselintoimintahäiriöiden hoidossa.

- Hengitys- ja verenkiertoelimistön anatomian ja fysiologian kertaus
- Potilaan peruselintoimintojen arviointi ABCDE- menetelmää hyödyntäen
- Potilaan peruselintoimintahäiriöiden hoitokeinot
Opintojaksolla käydään läpi myös NEWS- pisteytysjärjestelmää ja sen käyttöä potilaan peruselintoimintojen arvioinnissa

The course includes different sections about vital signs. In the end of the course the student will accomplish an online exam based on course material.
