You are able to describe the key contents of legislation relating to employment.
You are able to explain the principles of the collective agreement system and the employer's and the employee's contractual freedom in terms of employment.
You are able to state the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer.
You are able to apply the labor law standards in the most common situations.

What labor law provisions must be taken into account when applying for a job, selecting employees and during the employment relationship?

What is the significance of the collective agreement and freedom of contract when agreeing about the terms of employment?

What are the key labor laws that the employee, the employer and the person in charge of human resources must take into account in their position?

How to justify the termination of employment in legal praxis in different situations?
