You understand the meaning of physically active lifestyle in promoting health and wellbeing.
You know methods and how to support families' active everyday life as a physical education instructor.

What is known about Finnish families' physical activity and exercise habits?
How is physically active lifestyle defined?
Why is physically active lifestyle important?
What are the national and international recommendations for the physical activity of different age groups?
What factors promote or restrict families' active lifestyles?
What does the Transtheoretical Model (TTM) of Behavioral Change mean?
How can TTM be used in supporting active lifestyle?
How do you promote and support families' active lifestyles through physical activity instruction?
