This course is not only about learning English, it also aims to develop your confidence and skills to bridge cultural gaps and succeed in professional interaction in a multicultural work community.
In addition to learning theory behind cultural intelligence, you will engage in interactive discussions, practical exercises, and real-life simulations encountered in multicultural work communities. You will develop strategies to express yourself clearly, listen actively, and interpret non-verbal cues effectively, enabling you to communicate successfully.
