Objective

You can design and implement a game taking into account the available resources.
You can choose ethically sustainable tools, teamwork methods, and suitable project management techniques to support your work.
You are familiar with agile development methods and able to apply various project management tools (such as Scrum and Kanban) in game development projects.
You understand the significance of stages in production from the perspective of the final product.
You can create a production plan that includes schedules and budgets.
You are familiar with different agreements (such as employment contracts, NDA, EULA) and licenses.
You can evaluate the profitability of a game concept from a business perspective and present it to others.

How to create a production plan and budget?
How to phase, schedule, and allocate resources for game production?
How to monitor the game production process and ensure schedule adherence?
How to pitch your game idea?
What aspects of copyright law, product protection, and contracts should you be aware of in your own production work?
How to build an effective team? How to operate as a team member?
