Objective
You recognize the opportunities digitality opens up in the forestry sector and in your own work, and you know how to develop and manage the benefits brought by digitality in your organization.
You can make use of your own organization's development needs in the course assignments.
Content
How do you develop digital forest services?
What is the role of digital solutions in organizations' abilities?
What is the role of white-collar workers' skills?
How do you develop services taking the customers' perspective into account?
Evaluation
Students can
