You have the leadership skills to manage diversity in the workplace.
You recognize the legal and social aspects of managing a diverse workforce.
You can develop a diversity program in the workplace.

Gender relations in the workplace.
Managing diverse teams.
Intercultural management.
Diversity training in the workplace.
Developing an organizational diversity program.
Inclusive leadership.

Course material

There are no additional readings assigned for the course. The bare minimum is the information provided in Learn. Interested participants are encouraged to refer to cited sources for enhancing their own understanding.

Study forms and methods

The learning methods for this course will be combination of reading, synthesis, case analysis and focused problem solving on specified tutorial questions. Students are expected to take high responsibility for their own learning.

RDI and work-related cooperation

As part of the course you know how to develop a diversity program for the workplace.

Timing of exams and assignments

There is no exam scheduled for this course. Please check the assessment methods and criteria separately. The deadline for all the tasks is 31.05.2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.

You know how to develop a diversity program for the workplace.

We will use Learn platform for this course. Those who have registered for the course will also have to register in the course homepage. The link to the course page and the Teams channel will be provided separately at the beginning of April 2025.

Assessment methods and criteria

The maximum number of points for the course is 100, broken down as follows:

Individual quizzes for three sessions according to given instructions (3 X 20% =60%)
Final reflection assignment (40%)
To pass the course, you must:

Complete each item of assessment listed above;
Attain at least half of the available points for each item of assessment listed above.
No exceptions will be made to these minimum requirements.
Please note that the exact assessment methods and criteria will be informed at the beginning of the first lesson.
