Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Työviikkopohjaisessa väylä:
Ilmoittautuessasi tälle opintojakson toteutukselle osallistut työjärjestyksen mukaiseen opetukseen ja ohjaukseen. Opiskelusi rytmittyy työjärjestyksen mukaisten ryhmätapaamisten ja itsenäisesti tehtävien oppimistehtävien mukaan.

Opintoja nopeuttava vaihtoehto: voit ilmoittautua tälle opintojaksolle myös toisesta ryhmästä nopeuttaessasi opintojasi. Lisäksi terveysalan yrittäjyysosiossa voit valita joko työviikkopohjaisen toteutuksen tai verkkototeutuksen.

Aikaisemman johtamisosaamisen tunnistaminen: amk-tasoinen johtamisosaamisen suoritus on mahdollista hyväksilukea. Yrittäjyyskokemusta voidaan tarvittaessa osahyväksilukea.

TKI ja työelämäyhteistyö

Opintojaksolla voi olla työelämäyhteistyötä asiantuntijavierailuina.

Tentit ja muut määräajat

Opintojaksolla johtamisen osiossa on oppimistehtäviä ja tentti.

Opintojakson terveysalan yrittäjyysosiossa on viikkotehtäviä, yksi verkkotentti ja kokoava oppimistehtävä.

Kansainvälinen yhteistyö

Opintojaksolla voi olla kansainvälistä materiaalia.

Opiskelijan työmäärä

Opiskelijan työmäärä on 81 tuntia. Opiskelijan on mahdollisuus suunnitella työskentelynsä niin, että kuormitus jakaantuu tasaisesti.

Toteutuksen osien kuvaus

Opintojaksolla on kaksi erillistä sisältöaluetta: Johtaminen 2 op ja terveysalan yrittäjyys 1 op.

Assessment methods and criteria

Opintojakson johtamisosio sisältää oppimistehtäviä ja tentin. Tentti arvioidaan numeraalisesti, jossa hyväksytty on 1-5. Opintojakson terveysalan yrittäjyys sisältää viikkotehtäviä, tentin sekä numeraalisesti arvioitavan kokoavan tehtävän. Johtamisen tentin arvosanan painokerroin on 2 ja terveysalan yrittäjyyden kokoavan tehtävän arvosanan painokerroin on 1. Kaikki osiot tulee olla suoritettuna hyväksytysti ennen toteutusajan päättymistä. Hyväksytty taso on T1.
