Objective

You can see the link between strategic management and the organization’s business strategy and leadership.
You can apply different methods of managing and assessing individual and group performance in your supervisory work.
You can identify tasks related to the role of a manager and assess and develop your own skills in managerial work

What are the issues involved in defining strategic goals, policies and action plans?
How are processes and their effectiveness measured?
How does leadership affect the success of an organisation?
What requirements does leadership set to professional competence?
How can the work of a leader and the employees be combined with the goals of the business by using different leadership methods?
