The course is conducted entirely on campus according to the schedule. Remote participation is not possible. Instruction is not recorded.

There are three kinds of classes: seminars, workshops and ordinary classes.

It is possible to demonstrate your priorly leaned competences if you have experience in international tasks in the field. Contact the teacher.

The course ends at the time specified in the implementation details, by which the student must have submitted the required assignments, participated in two seminars, and completed the exams, all with a passing grade.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing in various situations in the professional field mainly at the European (CEFR) level B1.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing in various situations in the professional field mainly at the European (CEFR) level B2.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing in various situations in the professional field mainly at the European (CEFR) level C1.

Assessment methods and criteria

The course grade is based on four components: an oral presentation, a written exam, an applied Learn exam, and either a report or a group negotiation simulation. Each component must be passed. Each component has a weight of 25%. The assessment of the components is partly based on the European language proficiency levels: C1 = 5, B2 = 3-4, B1 = 1-2

Qualifications

If you have been instructed to participate in the Intensive course in English, you must complete it or independently acquire the equivalent knowledge and skills before you can participate in this course.
