What are the most common traditional and new techniques, equipment and materials of making pictures?
How to illustrate the structure and anatomy of the human body?
How to explain your working methods, use of materials and techniques to other people?
How to express yourself visually?
How to use the information available on the internet and in literature?
How do exhibitions develop you in your artistic work?
Exercises relevant to the professional field, associated with the Art and design history, Fine arts and Formgiving courses.

Scheduled track:
Teaching which is in accordance with the working order and control ( 5 cr).
Teaching is carried out entirely as contact teaching on the Kouvola campus according to the schedule. Remote participation is not possible. In principle, contact teaching is not recorded, and it is not replaced by distance lectures when contact teaching is given according to the curriculum. Part of the teaching takes place in a laboratory/simulation environment. Presence in simulation exercises/oral exercises/working life visits is necessary to complete the course.
Independent track:
