You are able to act in customer service situations and to sell services/products.

Course materials are announced on the Learn platform.
Yksilölliset oppimisväylät
The course is conducted as classroom teaching, where attendance is compulsory for 80% of the course hours. During the course, several exercises related to sales and marketing work are carried out. In addition, students are assigned assignments on the course's Learn platform. Students receive personal feedback on completed tasks. Completing the course is done by returning assignments and actively participating in classes.
