Study forms and methods

Opintojakso toteutuu työelämäharjoitteluna ennalta sovittuna ajankohtana.
Harjoittelu rytmittyy harjoitteluyksikössä suunniteltujen työvuorojen mukaisesti.
Harjoittelun aikana käytetään harjoittelun sähköistä arviointikirjaa (Workseed)
Harjoittelun opinnollistaminen lähihoitajan tai sairaanhoitajan työsuhteessa on mahdollista tietyin edellytyksin.
Harjoittelun hyväksilukua voi hakea OT-OVA:n kautta aikaisemmalla AMK- tasoisella ja samansisältöisellä suorituksella.

RDI and work-related cooperation

Harjoittelu tehdään todellisessa työelämäympäristössä.

Timing of exams and assignments

Harjoittelun henkilökohtaiset tavoitteet ja työvuorosuunnitelma kirjoitetaan Workseediin ensimmäisen harjoitteluviikon loppuun mennessä.
Väliarviointi ja loppuarviointi ohjaavan opettajan ja sairaanhoitajan kanssa.
Itsearviointi ja ohjaajan arviointi oltava valmiina loppuarviointiin mennessä tai viimeistään 2 viikkoa harjoittelun päättymisen jälkeen.

International cooperation

Kansainvälinen yhteistyö on mahdollista harjoittelupaikasta riippuen.
Harjoittelun voi tehdä kansainvälisessä vaihdossa.

Student workload

Viikkotuntimäärä on 40 h / viikko, josta keskimäärin 38 h / viikko tehdään harjoitteluyksikössä ja 2 h / viikko on varattu harjoittelun muihin suoritteisiin. Esimerkiksi 7,5 op harjoittelu on 5 viikkoa eli 200 h, josta tehdään 190 h harjoitteluyksikössä. Arkipyhät eivät vähennä harjoittelun kokonaistuntimäärää (tarkemmat ohjeet Hoitotyön harjoittelu -Learn-alustalla). Mahdolliset poissaolot harjoittelusta tulee korvata.

Course part description

Sisätautien hoitotyön harjoittelu 7,5 op (5 viikkoa; 200 h)
- Harjoittelu tehdään yksikössä, jossa hoidetaan eri sisätauteja sairastavia potilaita tai asiakkaita, esimerkiksi vuodeosastot ja vastaanotot.
Ikääntyneen hoitotyön harjoittelu 7,5 op (5 viikkoa; 200 h)
- Harjoittelu tehdään yksikössä, jossa on perehdytty ikääntyneen hoitotyöhön, esimerkiksi vuodeosastot, vastaanotot, palvelutalot ja kotihoito.

Edeltävyysehdot:

- Sisätautia sairastavan hoitotyö, Diagnostiset tutkimukset ja kliiniset harjoitukset, Ikääntyneen hoitotyö ja kliiniset harjoitukset sekä Lääke- ja iv-nestehoito, opintojaksot on suoritettu tai opiskelija on osallistunut opetukseen.

- Lääkelaskut 1 ja Lääkelaskut 2 -tentit tulee olla hyväksytysti suoritettu 1 kk ennen harjoittelun alkua.

- Opiskelijalla on riittävä rokotussuoja.

- Opiskelija on esittänyt rikostaustaotteen koulutusjohtajalle.

Assessment methods and criteria

Arviointi perustuu opintojakson yleisiin ja opiskelijan henkilökohtaisiin tavoitteisiin.

Harjoitteluun kuuluvat väliarviointi ja loppuarviointi, joihin osallistuvat opiskelija, ohjaaja ja opettaja. Väli- ja loppuarvioinnit pidetään suullisesti, mutta loppuarviointi (itsearviointi ja ohjaajan arviointi) kirjataan myös Workseediin.

Hyväksyttyyn harjoitteluun vaaditaan tavoitteiden saavuttaminen, riittävä työtuntimäärä harjoitteluyksikössä ja ohjaajan tai vastaan hyväksymät työvuorot. Harjoitteluun liittyvä dokumentointi Workseedissä tulee olla valmiina viimeistään 2 viikkoa harjoittelun päättymisen jälkeen.

Hylätyn harjoittelun saa uusia enintään kaksi kertaa.
