Tavoitteet

Tunnistat organisaatioiden toimintaympäristöissä olevia ongelmia ja mahdollisuuksia.
Osaat ideoida niihin uusia ratkaisuja.
Osaat hyödyntää eri tietolähteistä ja sidosryhmiltä hankittua tietoa.
Osaat käyttää erilaisia kehittämistyön menetelmiä.

Sisältö

Miten voit edistää omaa luovuuttasi ongelmien löytämisessä ja niiden ratkaisemisessa ?
Miten toimit tiimissä luovuutta edistävällä tavalla?
Miten hyödynnät kehittämistyön erilaisia menetelmiä ongelmien ratkaisussa?
Miten yhdistät ja hyödynnät sisäistä ja ulkoista tietoa kehittämistyön perustaksi?

Arviointi

Opiskelija osaa
-käyttää johdonmukaisesti ammattikäsitteitä.
-etsiä tietoa alan keskeisistä tiedonlähteistä.
-hahmottaa tehtäväkokonaisuuksia.
-suunnitella asiakas- ja käyttäjälähtöisesti muut sidosryhmät huomioiden. -käyttää keskeisiä oman alan malleja, menetelmiä, ohjelmistoja ja tekniikoita. -toimia tiimin jäsenenä tavoitteellisesti. -perustella toimintaansa oman alan eettisten periaatteiden mukaisesti.

Opiskelumuodot ja -menetelmät

This course is mainly implemented as online teaching that is not time-bounded. The course includes voluntary guidance meetings online, where students can work together with the course teacher. The schedule of guidance meetings can be found in the course schedule. Guidance meetings are organized on the Teams platform.

In the course, studying takes place in the Learn environment. Studying is structured with independent learning tasks. The evaluated tasks of the course are done independently. Assignments must be returned within the given schedule.

You can apply the learning assignments of the course to working life, your own field of study, or the development of your own product/company.

Tenttien ja tehtävien ajoittuminen

The learning tasks of the course support the learning objectives and content of the course. The evaluation of the course is based on learning assignments, which are evaluated according to evaluation criteria. Learning assignments must be returned in accordance with the given instructions. There is no exam in the course.

Students' workload in the course is approx. 135 hours (1 cr =27 hours).

The student has a maximum of 4 months to complete the course. The completion time starts when the teacher accepts the student to the course. Completion time may vary depending on the starting time of the course.

The evaluation of the learning assignments of the course is not done during the vacation periods.
