Objective

You can analyse the position of children, the youth and families in a changing society.You study the development lines and the operating principles of child protection.You know the basics of the legislation and service system related to child protection.You realise the working with the children, young people and families in different environments of the child protection.You identify the principles and stages of the child protection process.

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:

Timing of exams and assignments

Ajankohdat ilmoitetaan kun syksyn 2018 uusintatenttien ajankohdat vahvistetaan. Viimeistään opintojakson aloituskerralla.

Student workload

5 op tarkoittaa noin 135 h opiskelijan työtä. Opintopisteet jakautuvat seuraavasti:
Luennot 0,5
Oppimistehtävät 2,5 op
Kirjatentti 2 op

Assessment criteria, approved/failed

Opiskelija osaa
a. käyttää johdonmukaisesti ammattikäsitteitä
b. etsiä tietoa alan keskeisistä tiedonlähteistä
c. hahmottaa tehtäväkokonaisuuksia
d. toimia asiakkaiden, käyttäjien, kohderyhmien kanssa
e. käyttää keskeisiä oman alan malleja, menetelmiä, ohjelmistoja ja tekniikoita
f. toimia tiimin jäsenenä tavoitteellisesti
g. perustella toimintaansa oman alan eettisten periaatteiden mukaisesti

Assessment methods and criteria

Kokonaisarviointi perustuu tentin arvosanaan. Lisäksi huomioidaan oppimistehtävät sekä aktiivisuus opintojaksolla.
