Miten projektit liittyvät organisaation toimintaan? Miten projekteja viedään läpi kokonaisvaltaisesti? Millainen on projektipäällikön rooli elinkaaren eri vaiheissa? Miten projektitoiminnan työkaluja, esim. tietojärjestelmiä, käytetään tarkoituksenmukaisesti projektin toteuttamisessa? Miten projektikulttuuria voidaan kehittää organisaatiossa?

Study forms and methods

Scheduled track:
Participation in web-based learning by completing timed, written assignments.
Blended track:
It is possible to study in a quicker pace than scheduled. Please inform the teacher in the beginning of the course.

Timing of exams and assignments

No final exam.

Student workload

Literature and written assignments, 60 %
Academic discussion online and a learning diary. 40%
