What is the role of food in well-being tourism? How do you utilize technology? How do you design, produce and evaluate products and services in this sector?
Opiskelumuodot ja -menetelmät
You can use professional terminology of well-being tourism, understand cultural differences between well-being, wellness and medical tourism. You are able to identify the meaning of the culture, the importance of food and nutrition for well-being and utilize the know-how in well-being tourism. You can identify some measuring technologies of well-being tourism and the possibilities to piggyback on technology in well-being tourism. You learn how to design, produce and evaluate experience-based well-being products and services together with enterprises of this field
