Objective
The course examines the concept of seasonality in tourism. Tourism is a seasonal activity that depending on climatic conditions and travelers’ leisure time. After the course student knows the meaning of seasonality in tourism and is proficient in planning, implementing and assessing tourism products and services associated with climate and the seasons of the year.

Tourism is a seasonal activity that depends on climatic conditions and travelers’ leisure time, strongly linked to the school and work holidays. It has been generally accepted that seasonality in tourism occurs due to natural and anthropogenic factors, which can be classified as natural and institutional.
This course study main forms of seasonality in tourism.
