ServiceXackathon (3 cr)

Objective

During this intensive two weeks ServiceXackathon student develops an executable solution for a given challenges concerning service industry in its different forms.
Course is organized online, so anyone with net connection and a computer can join alone or as a team.
Objective is to create executable and realistic solutions that base on collected facts and background information and include calculations for profitability with the help of service design and creative methods.

Online hackathon, duration 2 weeks
Some onlinevideolessons with multiplechoice questions to insure understanding of topic
During the hackhaton a student or a group of students is expected to submit 4 assignments
o Informal idea description
o Developed idea with background analyses
o Suggestion for activities and implementation as well as business logic planning
o Sales pitch on video
