Objective

Content
Any organization leading digital innovation achieve sustainable growth and enhanced margins while thriving through disruptive. So, don’t be left behind.
This course is to introduce and explore digital innovation management and strategy, how to manage innovation and build competitiveness through digital innovation. Students will gain an understanding of how digital technologies as enablers allow innovators and companies to evaluate and realize fresh business ideas, realize digital technology products that can improve customer needs and how the increasingly digital business environment today creates opportunities for innovators and companies. Given that digital products and services are becoming the new normal, this course provides students with a good understanding of how to survive and thrive in today's business world.

Course material
Reading list Textbook: (optional) The Digital Transformation Playbook: Rethink Your Business for the Digital Age (Columbia Business School Publishing Specific articles to be read will be provided before each sessions ( see detailed syllabus)
Furthermore, course will also be supported by current reports on digital innovation, transformation and strategy as well as lecture materials.
Study forms and methods
The 12 weeks course will be fully online teaching sessions with interactive activities and assignments to enable high impact learning.
There will be total of 2 assignments, case study and final project a total of 70 % of the whole course, and all will be provided in advance.
