Objective

You understand the dimensions of functional capability as well as the customer's individual support needs as the basis for identifying service needs and customer guidance.
You know the preventive approach and the importance of early support in customer management.
You consider service and customer management as an interactive relationship.

What are the dimensions of functional capability and customer support needs?
What does preventative work and early support mean?
What kind of interaction is required to meet customer needs?

Evaluation

Students can
a. Use professional vocabulary systematically.
b. Look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c. Identify interrelated tasks.
d. Work together with customers, users and target groups.
e. Use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field.
f. Work as team members in a goal-oriented way.
g. Justify their actions according to the ethical principles of the professional field.

Study forms and methods

Scheduled track:
Service and client guidance and assessment of service needs in the service-oriented client service process of social welfare.
Service and client guidance as a method of client care for social welfare (individual work program, service-oriented work, counseling and guidance).
Service-oriented thinking as the basis for interactive interaction between service and client guidance.
Multiprofessional capacity and agency assessment as a starting point for client service needs and client guidance: detective, preventive, and early work in supporting well-being, health and functional ability.
