Objective

You know the health and social care organizations and control systems, the current status and future challenges. You show experienced in the Health and Social Care efficient fundamentals. You will be able to promote the quality and safety of patients and their development in your field. You know the importance of occupational safety and health and well-being of social and health service perspective. You know how to act in changingsocial and health environments of good workplace skills accordingly. You know the multi-professional teams and working groups, policies and roles. You know how to lead your own actions and coordinate with clients / patients overall treatment. You have internalized the inner significance of entrepreneurship in the successful operations of the central element. Health understand the basics of entrepreneurship and the importance of part of the service.

How do you assess and develop your own in your field of quality and patient safety? What is the importance of occupational safety and health and well-being of social and health service point of view? What do you do in changing social and health environments of good workplace skills in accordance with the? What are the operating principles of multi-professional teams and roles? How to do a multi-disciplinary team member and lead your own actions an expert in your field? How to co-ordinate with clients / patients overall care? What is the internal entrepreneurship and how to implement it in your own field in the successful operation?
