Objective
You are able to define projects, you know the basic concepts and principles of project management and project work.
You are able to carry out a project and team selection process with various methods.
You are able to plan an appropriate project implementation and moni-tor and control the project during its life-cycle.
Content
• What is meant by a project and project management?
• How are projects managed and what does project work mean?
• How are project and team selection processes carried out through various methods?
• How are projects planned, implemented, monitored and con-trolled during their life-cycle?
• How to use project management software for project planning and monitoring?
