Objective

You have a good command of the theoretical framework of social interaction.
You are able to apply the theoretical basis of social interaction to identify and develop communication skills and to create and maintain interaction and co-operation.
You are able to use in various ways the supporting methods for interaction and self-expression.
You understand how to communicate in a culturally sensitive way.
You are familiar with the digital environment and the possibilities of ICT in the social service sector.
You are able to appropriately utilise ICT in learning and work tasks.
