Objective
Students know the principles and importance of human resource management in a changing business environment. Students can analyse and evaluate human resource processes in different organisations. Students can acquire and apply knowledge in various tasks related to human resource management. Students know the legislation concerning employment so that they can act according to collective agreements and legislation.
Content
What role does human resource management have in enterprise management? What is the role of human resource management as a competitive tool in business? What are the elements of human resource management? How are the tasks of the human resource management organised? How do collective agreements and labour legislation regulate employment?
