You are able to set targets to ensure the efficiency of a logistics process.
You are able to observe and develop the effeciency of a logistics process.

What are the key statistics of logistics activities and processes and how to interpret them?
How can the effeciency of a logistics process be improved?

Evaluation

Students are able to
- work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
- evaluate operations in customer, user and target group situations.
- choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.

Ilmoitetaan opintojakson alkaessa. Koulutuksesta saatava VSM (Value Stream Mapping) -koulutusmateriaali.

Study forms and methods

Arvovirta-analyysin (VSM) periaatteiden läpikäyminen lähi/etäopetuksena (1 pv, ulkopuolinen kouluttaja), kunkin opiskelijan omaan työhön liittyvän soveltavan harjoitustehtävän laadinta arvovirta-analyysin periaatteita noudattaen.

Arvovirta-analyysikoulutukseen periaatteellinen pakollinen osallistuminen (päivä la 5.9.2020). Jos olet estynyt osallistumaan, ota yhteyttä opettajaan.
Harjoitustehtävä toteutetaan pääasiallisesti itsenäisesti, opettajan tukien.

Opintojakso arvioidaan soveltavan harjoitustehtävän perusteella. Tehtävien todennäköisesti hyvinkin poikkeavista toteutustavoista ja fokuksista johtuen opintojakso arvioidaan periaatteella hyväksytty/hylätty tasavertaisuuden säilyttämiseksi.
