Objective
You are able to plan, organize and evaluate marketing and sales projects. You are able to create, implement and analyze marketing and sales strategies. You can produce and evaluate the many dimensions of the change process in the marketing and sales management.
Content
How to plan and implement marketing and sales projects? How to develop a marketing and sales strategies of the firm’s? How to measure and analyze the financial issues and success in the field of marketing and sales?
