Objective
You can calculate the value offorest estates by using the most common methods. You are able to explain the forms of forest ownership and you can analyse the pros and cons between them. You can explain the most important ways of establishing estates and make use of the legal documents and registers related to them. You are able to explain the key legislation on forest estates and draw up deeds of transferring properties.

What are the most important methods the property formation? What are the legal documents and registers of land survey proceedings? How written and electronic forest estate trade agreements made? Osaat laatia metsätilan arvon käytössä olevilla yleisimmillä menetelmillä. Osaat selostaa eri metsätalouteen liittyvät maanomistusmuodot ja analysoida niiden välisiä etuja ja haittoja. Osaat selostaa tärkeimmät kiinteistöjen muodostamisperiaatteet ja käyttää hyväksi niihin liittyviä asiakirjoja ja rekistereitä. Osaat selostaa kiinteistönkauppaan liittyvän keskeisen lainsäädännön sekä laatia kiinteistön luovutuskirjan.
