Objective

After finishing the course you:
- know how to create contacts with people and enterprises that are useful and necessary for your professional work and career
- are familiar with the professional field of a fashion/clothing designer, costumier/costume designer and stylist as an entrepreneur, freelancer or in the service of a company/organisation
- are familiar with stylists’ work in the field of commerce, television or audiovisual media, fashion styling and fashion journalism as well as in the field of event planning and styling
- understand the role and responsibilities of a clothing/fashion designer when designing and producing fashion collections
- understand and know the field of performing arts
- understand work as a process from ideas to manuscript and further on to the final product that can be a unique stage outfit, music video, advertisement, dance production, theatrical performance, television program or a movie
- know the western theatrical history and the various jobs in a theatre
- learn to deepen your professional knowledge through excursions and company visits
