Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opintojaksolla perehdytään luento-opetuksen ja ryhmätyöskentelyn avulla asiakaskäyttäytymisen ja asiakaskokemuksen perusteisiin ja käsitteisiin. Opintojakso käynnistyy teoreettisella osuudella, jonka jälkeen opittua sovelletaan työelämää palvelevissa tehtävissä.
Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä:
Opintojakso on mahdollista suorittaa nopeutetusti perehtymällä osoitettuun aineistoon ja tekemällä opintojaksoon liittyvät tehtävät.
Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Jos työskentelet alan yrityksessä tai muussa organisaatiossa, voit suorittaa opintojakson työpaikallasi joko kokonaan tai osittain. Tällöin ole yhteydessä opintojakson alussa opintojakson opettajaan ja sovi opinnollistamisesta. Oppiminen edellyttää, että työssäsi perehdyt opintojaksolla käsiteltäviin teemoihin ja hallitset ne sekä teoriassa että käytännössä.
