Objective

Management and entrepreneurship
• you are able to manage your own actions and understand the meaning of internal entrepreneurship
• you are able to assess the resources of a team, and prioritize tasks and related responsibilities
• you understand the meaning of leadership/management in nursing
• you understand the basis or entrepreneurship in health care and its role as part of the service system
• you understand the meaning of changes in health care and you are able to act in changing situations according to your responsibilities

Quality and safety of social and health services
• you show responsibility for the quality of your nursing work
• you are able to prevent and identify quality deviations in all phases of the treatment process
• you are able to evaluate the quality and methods of nursing in all phases of the treatment process

• differences between leadership/management styles and theories
• prioritization of tasks and work group leader’s responsibilities and duties

• legislation, national quality recommendations and requirements; best practice and ethical guidelines

Assessment criteria level 3, competence during the completion phase.

Study forms and methods

Opintojakso on tarkoitettu opiskelun loppuvaiheessa oleville opiskelijoille.

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Opintojaksosta 2 op toteutetaan lähiopetuksena, lähiopetuspäivät ovat tammi-helmikuussa 2021. Loppuosa 3 op on verkkototeutuksena, jolloin perehdyt itsenäisesti Learnissa olevaan materiaaliin ja teet tarvittavat oppimistehtävät määräaikaan mennessä.
