You become familiar with research and development processes and you are able to gather and analyse research data
You can use innovative methods in developing health and social services
You are capable of drawing up a project and assess the outcomes of it
You know your development tasks when counselling the development process

What are the ethical principles and how to take account of them in development work?
How to assess the reliability in research strategy and methods?
How do you choose your research and development methods and how do you argue for or against them?
How to plan and realize a project process?
