Objective

You know the organisation, different parts and multi-sectoral environments of child and family based work.
You know the principles of child welfare work processes.
You know the principles of systematic and ethical child welfare work processes.
You can apply the methods of child and family oriented work in child welfare work to support the individual needs of children and families.
You are able to assess and develop your own work.

Evaluation

Students can
use professional vocabulary and concepts in different situations.
limit and justify the use of information sources.
carry out unfamiliar interrelated tasks fluently.
work together with clients, users and target groups according to the requirements of the situation.
apply the models, methods, software and techniques of the professional field and justify their use.
work in teams in a goal-oriented way.
apply the ethical principles of the professional field in different situations.

Ilmoitetaan opintojakson alussa, pääosin kurssipohjassa olevaa e-aineistoa.

Study forms and methods

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Kurssi toteutetaan verkkokurssina. Opintojakso pitää sisällään yksilö- ja ryhmätyöskentelyä.
KURSSIN ALOITUS VERKOSSA Ma 7.2.2021 klo 14.30-16 (vapaaehtoinen, ei edellytä osallistumista).

Kurssilla myös vapaaehtoinen case-työpaja (opettajan alustus + keskustelua) ti 29.3. klo 14.30-16.00

Kurssi toteutetaan verkkokurssina, ei erillistä nopeuttavaa väylää.
Näyttöoikeus niille opiskelijoille, joilla on vähintään kaksi vuotta lastensuojelun työkokokemusta ja jotka työskentelevät tällä hetkellä lastensuojelussa tai tehostetussa perhetyössä.

Assessment criteria, good (3-4)

a. Osaat käyttää asiantuntevasti lastensuojelun ammattikäsitteitä.
b. Osaat arvioida käyttämiäsi tietolähteitä kriittisesti.
d. Osaat arvioida toimintaa asiakastilanteissa.
e. Valitset tarkoituksenmukaisesti lastensuojelun toimintatapoja ja menetelmiä ja osaat perustella valintasi.
f. Osaat työskennellä tiimin jäsenenä sekä huomata ja kuvata alan ongelmia.
g. Sovellat kriittisesti eettisiä periaatteita lastensuojelun eri tilanteissa.
