Objective

You know how to handle electrical appliances as part of electrical circuits and are able to calculate the necessary action values. You learn the theoretical basics of transformers. You know how to choose electric motors for various applications.

How do converters work?
For what are adapters needed?
How do engines work?
What factors influence the choice of an engine?
How are motors protected?

Evaluation

Students can
a) use professional vocabulary and concepts proficiently.
b) evaluate information sources critically.
c) work as team members in working life expert duties and identify and describe the problems of the professional field.
