Objective
1. You know how to use the ICT applications in your studies and duties in the future.
2. You understand the importance of information security and know how to improve information security
3. You understand the policies, challenges and possibilities of the information society and the digital working environment.
4. You know ICT systems in your field of study and understand the role of information and information systems in organizations
5. You can do by yourself AutoCAD exercises. You can do printings with AutoCAD.
6. You know the basics about HVAC-designing software.
Content
What and how are ICT applications used in studies and work?
What are information society and digital working environment and how do they function?
What are the possibilities and challenges in applications of information and communication technology?
What is information security and how to act securely in studies and work?
What kind of drawing marks, line weights and line types are used in CAD drawing?
How you can draw and print with AutoCAD?
How you can draw with a HVAC-designing software?
Evaluation
Students can
a. use professional ICT vocabulary systematically
c. identify interrelated ICT tasks
e. use the key models, methods, software and techniques of the information and communication technology.
Study forms and methods
Scheduled track:
Lukujärjestyksen mukaiset tunnit luokkaympäristössä. Harjoitustöiden tekeminen.
Student workload
135 h, josta 60 tuntia luokkaympäristössä. Osa itsenäistä työskentelyä, raporttien valmistamista.
