Objective
You know how to describe the operational principles of the organizations working in the HVAC business. You also learn about their future challenges. You know how to act professionally and interactively both in the study environment and in working life. You know the legislation and the regulations of HVAC companies. You are capable to deal with the customers. You can describe and analyse different methods of management. You get the ability to work as a manager.
You know how to develop entrepreneurship in your work. You are familiar with different sections of entrepreneurship and the meaning of it in a society. You are able to build networks. You are able to create new products and services for the customers.
Content
What kinds of organizations are there in working life? How do the work communities function? What kinds of regulations and principles direct the work life organizations? How do you act as a member of a work community with different parties? How do you act with the customers? How do you work as an entrepreneur? What kinds of methods of management are there and how are they applied? Which abilities do you need as a chief?
