Active Life Lab:
You understand the basics of laboratory-based wellbeing measurement methods in Active Life Lab
You understand the field-based wellbeing measurements.
Lifestyle change:
You understand the significance of communality and co-operation in support of a lifestyle change.
Active Life Lab Internet of things (IOT):
You learn to use consumer based IoT wellbeing platforms.
You understand the basics of big data with relation to wellbeing.
Data management and interpretation:
You know how to manage and analyze collected data.
You know how to visualize data for different use cases.
Communication and presentation skills:
You improve your interactive communication skills and cope fluently with different groupwork situations.

Active Life Lab: health technology and data:
What are the basics of laboratory-based wellbeing measurement methods in Active Life Lab.
What are the field-based wellbeing measurements.
Lifestyle change:
How can the customers' involvement and communality be supported systematically and in a target-oriented way?
Active Life Lab Internet of things (IOT):
How to use consumer based IoT wellbeing platforms?
What is big data?
Data management and interpretation:
How to manage and analyze collected data?
How to visualize data for different uses?
Communication and presentation skills:
Which oral skills (genres, stylistics, tools) are you expected to possess in your own professional field?
Evaluation
