Objective

You are able to design and implement a wellbeing services related project.
You know the project management methods and can use the tools needed in project work.
You are able to report, present and evaluate the results of a project.
You are able to be involved in a project group and coordinate a project.
You are able to produce project publications.

What are the main project management methods and tools?
How to produce a project plan for a wellbeing services related project?
How to implement wellbeing services related project and control the progress of a project ?
How to report, present and evaluate project results?
How to produce project publications?

Further information

Course work includes project management theory applied to a project case.

The project case can be commissioned by, for example, an EU-project, by a local company or by a public organization.
Student can also make the project for her/himself, if in the process of planning of becoming an entrepreneur.
The case work is approved with the teacher.
