You know the mostly used quality and environmental management standards, principles and concepts. You know what quality policy means in an organization and how it is implemented. You identify both quality and environmental management systems as tools of leadership. You are able to define quality goals as well as to determine the processes that quality objectives are achieved with through quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement. You know the environmental management system to improve environmental management and environmental protection and the effectiveness in the organization. You know and recognize the environmental management system and its possible business benefits.???
