Objective

You can work in the food business so that you have basic knowledge of food hygiene and you can handle food safely .
You can describe how food is supervised and what in-house quality control means in food business.
You can establish food premises and advise entrepreneurs with plans to set up a food business.

What kind of food know-how do you need, if you want to work in the business?

How to become familiar with different foodstuffs?

What does good hygiene consist of?

How to supervise food and measure temperatures in different foodstuffs?

What does food safety consist of?

What knowledge must beginner entrepreneurs have of food legislation and supervision?

Evaluation

Students can
