Objective

You know the physical, chemical and biological factors that affect the quality of indoor environment.
You know the process of preventing and removing health hazards in residential ja public buildings.
You can carry out basic measurements and investigations to solve indoor environment problems.
You are able to advise occupants in questions related to residential health.

What are the physical, chemical and biological factors that affect the quality of indoor environment?
What are the legislative demands on the indoor environment factors of buildings?
What are the most common measurement techniques and investigations used to solve indoor environment quality problems and how do you carry them out?

Evaluation

Students can

a. use professional vocabulary and concepts in an expert way in different situations.
b. look for information in the key information sources of the field.
c. identify interrelated tasks.
e. choose appropriate models, methods, software and techniques according to the purpose and justify these choices.
