Objective

You can describe chemical pollutants in indoor air and their sources and health impacts.
You know the typical structures where different kind of pollutants exist.
You can choose appropriate sampling and analysis methods according to the purpose and justify these choices. You can also interpret the analysis results and assess their reliability.

What are the main chemical indoor environmental factors?

What are the sources of chemical pollutants and where do they exist in different kind of buildings?

What are the health impacts of chemical pollutants?

What are the commonly used sampling and analysis methods for chemical pollutants in buildings?

What are the factors that should be taken into account when interpreting the results?

Evaluation

Students can
