Objective

You are familiar with the common processes relating to food industry.
You know what knowledge you have of food technology and you are able to study it from entrepreneurs’ point of view.

Content

What kind of machines and appliances are needed when making food?
How is product development carried out in producing food and how to use microbes in food production? These are studied through practical exercises.
What kind of entrepreneurship is needed in food business?

Evaluation

Students can
