-Strategy testing: How is the efficiency of processes evaluated and measured? How are the results monitored?

-Strategian lähtökohdat :Mitkä ovat strategisen johtamisen peruskäsitteet?

-Toimintaympäristö: Mitä tarkoittaa ennakointi osana strategiatyötä?

-Strategian suunnittelu: Miten strategisiä tavoitteita määritellään? Miten luodaan tehokkaat strategisen johtamisen toimintaperiaatteet ja toimintasuunnitelmat?

-Strategian toteutustyö: Miten strategia jalkautetaan osaksi pk-yrityksen toimintaa?

-Strategian testaus: Miten prosessien tehokkuutta arvioidaan ja mitataan? Miten tuloksia seurataan?

Arvioitavien tehtävien painoarvot ja arvioitava osaaminen:

Osiokohtaiset tehtävät (20%)

Opiskelija osaa
a. käyttää laaja-alaisesti, johdonmukaisesti ja asiantuntevasti ammattikäsitteitä eri tilanteissa
b. arvioida käyttämiään tietolähteitä kriittisesti
c. valita tarkoituksenmukaiset mallit, menetelmät, ohjelmistot ja tekniikat ja perustella valinnan
d. edistää tiimin tavoitteellista toimintaa
e. arvioida strategisia lähestymistapoja ja perustella niiden käyttöä johtamisen ja kehittämisen näkökulmasta
