The short periods of the course are Friday afternoon and two full Saturday days. In addition, the course includes approximately 115 hours of student work

Assessment methods and criteria

Evaluation of the course Management in the Electrical Industry

The course grade consists of three parts

(20% of the total rating)
Based on the quality of the paper, here we assess both whether the paper has been returned on time and the quality of the paper

(30% of the total rating)
Based on the quality of teamwork. Group work is done in groups of 2-3 people. They are started during the first contact day and completed by the last contact time.

(50% of the total rating)
a) Based on the material in Moodle and the training day (Topic Self-Management, Role and Tasks of Supervisors), literature, preliminary assignment (Know Yourself Unknown Leader Test) and feedback received in the workplace (possibly), develop your own leadership development plan. (5-6 pages)
b) Based on a little test and other material in Moodle (Topic Work Community Skills)) assesses one's own and one's own team's work community skills. Consider what you could and should do to improve the smoothness of work and operational efficiency on these issues. (3-4 pages)
