You can identify the different stages of the development of management thinking, and recognize their impact on today's management.
You know what leadership and management expertise means and how it can be improved.
You are able to assess and define your own leadership skills and you recognize the related development needs.
You know how to make your own leadership development plans.
You know how to structure the societal, social and economic mechanisms of your operating environment and their implications for management.
You know how to lead and promote the well-being of a work community.
You know the main labor law and its importance from the viewpoint of leadership.
You can apply the value systems and ethical principles of your field from the perspective of management and social responsibility.

How has management thinking evolved and what influence does it have today?
What do leadership and management skills mean and how can they be improved?
How can leadership skills, self-management and related development needs be assessed and improved?
What does a leadership development plan consist of and how to prepare it?
What kind of societal, social and economic mechanisms and impacts are associated with management in your operating field?
How to lead and promote the well-being of a work community?
What is the key labor law and what does it mean from the management's point of view?
What are the values and principles in your own field from the viewpoints of management and sustainability?

Evaluation

Students can
find, study, produce and evaluate critically multidisciplinary data in their field of expertise.  
evaluate and manage independently operations involving individuals and teams.  
evaluate different strategic approaches and justify their use in terms of management and development.
