You know how food legislation guides food production.
You are proficient in the structure and main divisions of Finnish food legislation.
You are aware of the guidelines for food in Finland in addition to legislation.
You can read and interpret legal texts.

What different properties do food products have?
How can food products be grouped based on their properties?
What is meant by food safety?
What types of regulations make up Finnish food legislation, and where can you find the current legislation?
What is the difference between legislation and various official guidelines related to the food industry?
