You know what is meant by drinking water, how it is produced, and what quality requirements are imposed on it in legislation.
You understand what process water means in food manufacturing and food handling.
You can take a microbiological water sample from drinking and process water.
You understand the difference between drinking water and process water in food manufacturing.

How and where is drinking water obtained?
What are the characteristics of good drinking water?
What significance does the water have in food handling and various stages of production?
What is process water?
How can process water and its quality be defined and measured?
