Objective
You can design, implement and assess goal-oriented and client-specific health-promoting exercise for individuals and groups.
You can take into account the special characteristics and needs of clients when planning and implementing health-promoting and applied exercise.
You can cooperate in dialogue with clients and take in to account their resources.
You can design and utilize appropriate guidance material and methods for various target groups.
You know the different project phases and know how to apply them in practice.

How do you define health-promoting exercise and applied exercise?
How do you account for the special characteristics and needs of clients when planning and implementing health-promoting and applied exercise?
How do you select appropriate methods for guiding health-promoting and applied exercise?
What is the significance of nutrition when planning and implementing health-promoting exercise?
What are motivation levels and how do you consider them in physiotherapeutic guidance and counseling processes?
How do you promote interaction and dialogue in guidance and counseling?
How do you lead yourself and act as a responsible member in a work community and in projects?
Qualifications
Attending the course requires that the learning outcomes of the 1st academic year studies have been achieved.

Rehabilitation process and service system, 5 ECTS credits
Supporting the functions of cardiovascular and pulmonary systems, 5 ECTS credits
Supporting the functions of central and peripheral nervous systems, 5 ECTS credits
Physiotherapy interventions III, 5 ECTS credits
Clinical practice I, 5 ECTS credits
Evaluation
Students can
