Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
- Harjoitteluympäristönä voivat olla mm. hoivakodit, palvelutalot, terveyskeskusten vuodeosastot, kuntoutusosastot tai jaksohoitoyksiköt
- Harjoittelussa on työelämäohjaaja (-t).
- Opiskelija tekee harjoittelujakson alussa harjoittelun tavoitteet Workseediin (ensimmäisen viikon aikana)
- Työaikasuunnitelma Workseediin ohjaajien työvuorojen mukaisesti .

TKI ja työelämäyhteistyö

Harjoittelu tehdään em. harjoittelupaikoissa käytännön kentällä.

38h/ viikko = yht. 154 tuntia harjoittelua käytännön kentällä

Olet tarkistanut harjoittelupaikan vaatimukset rokotussuojasta, huolehtinut tarvittavat rokotukset kuntoon. Kts. erillinen ohje rokotuskäytäntöön.

Huolehdit itse harjoittelupaikan peruuttamisen viimeistään 2 viikkoa ennen harjoittelun alkamista, jos harjoittelun edeltävyysehdot eivät täyty. Tiedotat paikan peruuttamisesta myös harjoittelua ohjaavalle opettajalle sekä harjoittelukoordinaattorille.

Opiskelumateriaali

Ensimmäisen lukukauden opinnot. Erityisesti Kliinisen hoitotyön perusteet- sekä Prekliininen harjoittelu: hoitotyön perusteet -opintojaksot.

Yksilölliset oppimisväylät

Opiskelija varaa edellisen lukukauden aikana Jobiilista harjoittelupaikan 4 viikon ajalle. Ennen harjoittelua opiskelija osallistuu harjoitteluinfoon.

Työviikkopohjainen oppimisväylä:
Harjoitteluympäristönä voivat olla mm. asumispalveluyksiköt, palvelutalot, terveyskeskusten vuodeosastot, kuntoutusosastot tai jaksohoitoyksiköt. Harjoittelussa on 1-2 ohjaajaa, jotka voivat olla lähihoitajia. Opiskelija tekee harjoittelujakson alussa harjoittelun työvuoronsa ohjaajien työvuorojen mukaisesti.

Opintoja nopeuttava oppimisväylä:

Työhön integroitu oppimisväylä:
Erillisen ohjeen mukaan Hot-menettely on mahdollinen.

Tämä opintojakso toteutuu kokonaan harjoittelussa.

Harjoittelun viikkotuntimäärä on 40ih, josta 38h harjoitteluyksikössä harjoittelua ja 2h on varattu kirjallisiin tehtäviin. Harjoittelun kokonaistuntimäärä harjoitteluyksikössä on 152h.
